Applecross Shore Care Community

Our brand new home in Applecross, Western Australia, is still in the construction phase and located within the foreshore of the Swan River. Applecross Shore will provide the very best aged care services including permanent, respite and dementia care. Our team will help you maintain the highest possible quality of life. This includes social and recreational programs and nutritious home-style meals freshly cooked in-house. The new home has been designed with spacious outdoor areas, including shaded balconies and gardens.

Applecross Shore is expected to be completed in late 2021 so we have attached a couple of architectural drawings of what our home will look like.
