Recently I had to put a family member into a nursing home. We looked at numerous Nursing homes. Tallwood’s was our number one choice. It is a friendly, clean, and an inviting place. The staff are caring and supportive, whilst going the extra mile to ensure that the residents are not only comfortable but thriving. I have already recommended Tallwoods to others and will always highly recommend it

Recently I had to put a family member into a nursing home. We looked at 52 to Nursing home. Tallwood comes number one 10 out of 10. It is a friendly clean invite in place. I recommend everyone bring their family to Tallwood community care in Wahroonga.

I have been working in this care facility for more than 1 and half year and it has been a great experience. I got to learn alot from my seniors, RNs and fellow team members. There is always a friendly and refreshing environment. The residents are well treated and the team members always try their best to make them feel like home. It is my best decision to choose this care facility as my work place.

We unexpectedly needed care for our 93 year old father and investigating aged care is a confusing process. We contacted many facilities and visited about 6. We were very lucky to meet Fiona who quickly made us feel welcome, showed us the facility, reassured us about the process and actively helped get Dad to Tallwoods. We particularly liked the room she had available and the big manicured garden area that is available to residents and staff to enjoy. Fast forward Dad has been a resident at Tallwoods Care Community for almost 5 months and he has really settled in well. He loves the garden as we anticipated and spends most days enjoying the sun and watching the bird life that abounds in the area. Dad has come to regard Tallwoods as his new home and says he feels safe there. Most importantly we appreciate the quality care he is receiving from the team who are friendly and caring. Whenever we visit the staff interact with Dad and our family in a lovely manner. The facility is tidy and well maintained. It is evident to us that Tallwoods is a very well run care community with a happy and caring team who care about the residents. We are very happy we were able to secure a place at Tallwoods for Dad and would recommend it to anyone looking for a care community that really cares.
