Care at Glenmore Park

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. Our state-of-the-art wellness centre enables residents to benefit from a holistic approach to wellbeing, rehabilitation and restorative care in a welcoming environment. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Glenmore Park

There's always plenty to do, with resident kitchens for making a cuppa or baking treats. Play some tunes on the jukebox, challenge a friend to a game of bowls or spend time on the computer in our adult learning space. Our spacious indoor areas, shaded balconies and gardens are pleasant spaces to spend time with friends and family. Our in-house Chef will provide nutritious home-style meals cooked fresh each day.

With us, you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Glenmore Park life – so you can enjoy your day, your way.

Well thoughtout aged care facility. Like it that there is a cafe where you can buy a really nice coffee ☕️ Also had lunch as a visitor, Potatoes, peas, lamb chop with gravy.

This place is beautiful no doubt about that .. but we have noticed no Australians working there and we find communication is a problem .. I have no problem with different ethnic backgrounds but I don’t see any Australian nurses.. sometimes we do have trouble communicating and understanding each other .. And my other upset is food most of these elderly people have been brought up on simple meat and vegetables with gravy and every now and then they would have something different my mum isn’t eating the food it’s Indian or Asian their just not used to it and I have had others complain to me as well .. my mother has lost a lot of weight due to not being able to eat the food, plus food portions are concerning I have seen the meals and taken photos .. I am wondering if this should be spoken with aged care and quality commission.. I have photos of food and so forth .. the elderly pay a substantial amount and should have their needs met entirely. I hate complaining but we have noticed this for a while.

We will review your feedback as part of the upcoming meeting, and I strongly encourage you to join and provide us feedback. We are committed to continuous improvement and welcome constructive feedback to enhance the experience of our residents and their families.
