Nestled on the fringes of the beautiful Plenty Gorge Parklands, Mill Park Glades Care Community (formerly BlueCross Boulevard) offers a vibrant and peaceful setting in the heart of Mill Park. Our thoughtfully designed Care Community features four distinct wings, each with its own communal lounge and dining area, creating a sense of familiarity and connection. Whether you're enjoying a meal in the private dining room or relaxing in one of our four landscaped courtyards, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and connect with others.

Care at Mill Park Glades

Our Care Community provides compassionate, personalised care with registered nurses onsite 24/7 and a dedicated wellbeing team. We offer permanent, respite, dementia, and palliative care, supported by our Memory Care Neighbourhood and access to primary and allied health services, including physiotherapy.

Daily Living at Mill Park Glades

Mill Park Glades features modern single and companion rooms with private ensuites, a hair and beauty salon, a chapel, library, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Residents can enjoy a wide range of social activities, music, art, cultural events, and pet-friendly spaces. With seasonal menus, a Men’s Shed, and regular bus outings, residents are supported to live each day their way, in comfort and community.

I am very satisfied and happy with the care that was provided to my grandmother when she was a resident here. The communication, food, patient care was all excellent service. End of life care was provided well and the management team was outstanding. I would recommend Mill Park Glades Care Community to anyone.

My parents are both being cared for at The Glades. I really appreciate the personalised service and care they are receiving. There is a great sense of community and always something going on. Mum and dad have both volunteered to be on committees and I really love the way their voices are being heard. Caring staff and a lovely setting.

Absolutely outstanding in every way. Mill Park Glades Care Community is everything I hoped for and more. I am so happy and deeply relieved knowing that my grandma is receiving the best possible care in such a wonderful environment. From the moment you walk in, the place is spotless and welcoming. It feels more like a warm, peaceful home than a care facility. Every room and shared space is clean, tidy and maintained to the highest standards. You can tell that cleanliness and comfort are a top priority. The staff are incredible. They are friendly, caring and genuinely compassionate. There is a real sense of community and kindness throughout the entire team. It is clear that they know each resident personally and take the time to treat everyone with respect, patience and dignity. My grandma always speaks warmly of the staff and how supported she feels. The quality of care is exceptional. Whether it is assistance with day-to-day needs, medical support or emotional wellbeing, the team is always attentive and professional. As a family member, it brings me great comfort to know she is not only safe, but truly cared for in every sense. Management is approachable, professional and clearly dedicated to making this place the best it can be. Communication with families is excellent and you can see how committed they are to continually improving and maintaining a high standard. And the food is amazing. My grandma often tells me how much she enjoys her meals. The dishes are nutritious, full of flavour and beautifully presented. There’s plenty of variety and the staff cater well to individual preferences and dietary needs. I cannot speak highly enough of Mill Park Glades Care Community. It has exceeded every expectation and I am beyond grateful that my grandma is living in such a caring, respectful and positive environment. It truly is a place where residents are treated like family.
