Welcome to Raymond Terrace Gardens

Raymond Terrace Gardens Care Community is located on the Hunter River just north of Newcastle, our Care Community is nestled amongst lush tropical gardens with colourful flower beds. Local parklands and the banks of the Hunter River are minutes away, and all the amenities of a regional town within easy access. Our Care Community is well-appointed with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, ideal for spending time with family and friends or enjoying quiet moments of reflection.

Care at Raymond Terrace Gardens

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Raymond Terrace Gardens

Our Care Community is a haven for garden lovers, and our resident green thumbs enjoy keeping our raised flower beds colourful and healthy all year round. BBQs are a popular social event in our alfresco dining area, and our music enthusiasts enjoy sharing their talents, whether playing instruments or listening to tunes new and old.

It’s an environment where you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Raymond Terrace Gardens' life – so you can enjoy your day, your way.

We have our Dad at Opal Raymond terrace, we get to visit him regularly and know he is cared for at a high quality standard. He is always happy, settled and comfortable in his environment when we visit which as a nurse is extremely important to me and our family. The staff are respectful/friendly.
