Welcome to Meadow Heights Care Community

Our Care Community is warm and welcoming, set among nearby parkland, reserves and the Greenvale Reservoir, just 30 minutes north of the Melbourne CBD. A feature of our well-appointed Care Community is a central courtyard, a peaceful place to socialise with friends and family, or enjoy moments of quiet reflection. We have a memory care neighbourhood which provides a safe and inclusive environment for residents who are living with dementia. Our diverse mix of cultural heritage is a point of connection for residents and team, and our companion model of care fosters a sense of family and belonging among residents.

Care at Meadow Heights

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Meadow Heights

Our Care Community is a happy and loving place for people from all walks of life. When the sun’s out residents put their green thumbs to work in our raised garden beds and enjoy harvesting the fresh produce for our chef to cook up delicious cuisine from around the world. Our resident-run Hands of Friendship program helps new residents to adapt to life in our Care Community, and there is plenty to do with arts, craft and music all popular pastimes.

It’s an environment where you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Meadow Heights life –so you can enjoy your day, your way.

Meadow Heights Care Community is an excellent facility for the care of loved ones. I have a family member who is a resident there and is extremely happy in the facility. She is well cared for and the home and rooms are very clean and tidy all of the time. The staff are particularly kind and caring taking time to ensure any special needs are met. I have joined her for a lunch and the meals were not only delicious but also well presented. Thank you for your constant and continued care of her.
