Opening in February 2027, Carlingford Greens Care Community brings a new standard of residential aged care to Sydney's north-west. Thoughtfully designed to embrace the natural contours of the landscape, our purpose-built Care Community combines contemporary architecture with beautifully landscaped gardens, light-filled living spaces and welcoming shared areas that encourage connection, comfort and belonging.

Located just minutes from Carlingford Village, residents will enjoy the convenience of an established neighbourhood close to local shops, cafés, parks and public transport, while experiencing personalised care delivered by our experienced and compassionate team. We offer permanent, respite and dementia care in a contemporary environment designed to enable residents to live with purpose and meaning.

Carlingford Greens has been designed to create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Landscaped courtyards, spacious terraces and private balconies provide peaceful places to relax, socialise and enjoy the changing seasons, while light-filled communal spaces encourage everyday connection and a sense of community.

At the heart of our Care Community is our vibrant Town Centre — the social hub of Carlingford Greens where residents, families and friends can naturally come together throughout the day.
