Welcome to Belmore Place Care Community

Belmore Place Care Community is located in a quiet street between Belmore and Campsie in inner south west Sydney, our Care Community is an inclusive, welcoming environment for people from all walks of life. We have homely living spaces, cosy lounges, spacious courtyard and a sun-filled garden. There’s easy access to amenities and public transport options and the Canterbury Hospital is only five minutes away. Our diverse mix of cultural heritage is a point of connection for residents and team, and our companion model of care fosters a sense of family and belonging among residents.

Care at Belmore Place

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. We know that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care. 

Daily Living at Belmore Place

Our herb gardens are popular with residents who enjoy cultivating fresh herbs for cooking, and those who like to spend time outdoors admiring the different varieties of plants. Sharing their cultural heritage through the food is important to our residents, and our menus are chosen together by our residents and chef. Music therapy offers comfort and stimulation for our music and song and has become part of the heart of our Care Community.

With us, you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Belmore Place life – so you can enjoy your day, your way.
