Welcome to Springwood Terrace Care Community

Springwood Terrace Care Community is located in the Logan community, just 20km south of Brisbane CBD, our Care Community is spacious and modern, with landscaped courtyard areas and generous lounge areas ideal for catching up with family and friends or enjoying moments of quiet reflection. Residents like to stay active at our onsite wellness centre, where a team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and occupational therapists support residents to achieve improved mobility, independence or overall wellbeing, all in the comfort of Springwood Terrace.

Care at Springwood Terrace

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. Our state-of-the-art wellness centre enables residents to benefit from a holistic approach to wellbeing, rehabilitation and restorative care in a welcoming environment. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Springwood Terrace

Our Care Community tends to be filled with music and laughter, as our many music enthusiasts enjoy singing or playing instruments, including our grand piano. Our team members’ pets are regular visitors and provide delight and companionship to our residents. Our chef regularly fires up the BBQ so that everyone can enjoy lunch, good food and sunshine in the company of friends. We nurture connections in the local community including with local schools.

This place has it all. A wellness centre, cafe, hair salon, bus to go out. The staff are friendly. The atmosphere is very homely lots of big windows for natural light. Gardens as well as balconies. The rooms are a good size all amenities you could need. And best of all you don't have to breath through your mouth if you get me. Recommend 💯 value for your money.
