Welcome to Narrabeen Glades Care Community

Located on the beautiful northern beaches of Warriewood, Sydney set among eucalyptus glades, Narrabeen Glades Care Community has easy access to local shops and amenities. Northern Beaches Hospital is within a 15-minute drive.

Offering a warm and inclusive environment, our Care Community features a brand new extension with spacious and light-filled rooms, our in-house Treetops Café, bushland views and state-of-the-art technology. It includes an on-site wellness centre, with expert physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and occupational therapists from our allied health partner, HCA, offering personalised programs for residents to achieve mobility, independence or wellbeing goals.

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our state-of-the-art wellness centre enables residents to benefit from a holistic approach to wellbeing, rehabilitation and restorative care in a welcoming environment. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Narrabeen Glades

Community is at the heart of our Care Community and family, friends, and visitors are warmly welcomed. We’re pet friendly and our resident dog Priscilla is a favourite, bringing delight and companionship to residents. Our music lovers enjoy playing our piano or participating in our ukulele group. Others enjoy spending time in the garden, chatting with family via Zoom, doing art therapy, or arranging flowers.

Exceptional care at this facility. Salmon for lunch followed by ice cream and hot chocolate, you can’t get better than that. Good communication, caring staff, I can not actually believe I got my mother into such a nice facility, clean, modern, fantastic court yards. Dementia ward for my mother and it’s gorgeous.

They try their best but it is really hard because you have to buzz on the door to visit and they do not answer. You can be standing outside for 40 minutes before you can get in to visit a relative. They don’t answer the phone either so it’s really sad when you have travelled to visit (slightly after 5pm) and you can’t get in. Happens many times.

    Dear Aaron, we really do apologise for this. It is a big building, and it takes time for the team members to answer the door. Our admin team are not at the front desk after 5 pm and nurses have to come off their rounds to answer the door. We try to ensure all our mobile phones are charged and that we can answer promptly but occasionally this does not happen. If you can call ahead earlier in the day to let us know you will be here after 5pm this will help us plan for it. Kind regards, Narelle
