Carseldine Greens Care Community is located just 30 minutes north of Brisbane CBD with easy access to the Gateway Motorway, our Care Community enjoys a leafy aspect in a quiet neighbourhood. Landscaped courtyards form the heart of each wing of our building and our shaded alfresco BBQ and dining area offer ample spaces to spend time with family and friends or enjoy peaceful moments of reflection. Our café is popular with residents and families alike as is a social hub in our care community. As part of our commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of our elders, our new in-home wellness centre offers personalised reablement and restorative care programs.

Care at Carseldine Greens

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. Our state-of-the-art wellness centre enables residents to benefit from a holistic approach to wellbeing, rehabilitation and restorative care in a welcoming environment. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Carseldine Greens

Our raised garden beds are popular with residents who enjoy cultivating colourful flowers, and those who like to spend time outdoors admiring our many different varieties of plants. We are a warm and inclusive community and there’s always time for some friendly competition on our bocce lawn, while our creative residents participate in arts, craft or music.

It’s an environment where you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Carseldine Greens life – so you can enjoy your day, your way.

I visited a resident today and I was really taken by how kind the nurses were (really genuine not fake). I remembered Karen’s name but there was also two nurses who handled the re-application of a pain patch very professionally (sorry I didnt take note of their badges) Makes me happy to know my loved one is in good hands being cared for by people who enjoy their job and are kind/ caring. The beautiful gardens provide the perfect setting for peaceful walks and fresh air. I’ve had the pleasure of attending concerts and live entertainment which always lift the spirits and bring joy to everyone. The entertainers who visit are wonderful and really know how to connect with us residents. What truly makes this place special, though, are the cares. They are not only professional but also kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I always feel safe, respected, and well looked after.the food is fresh, healthy, and prepared with love. Honestly, I couldn't have found a better place to call home. A very happy resident.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Carseldine Greens Carseldine Greens is truly a beautiful and special place. I had been on the waiting list for some time hoping for a room to become available for me beside my husband  and I feel so deeply grateful that I was heard. From the moment I/we arrived every single person in the care community has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. Their warmth has made all the difference in this next chapter of our lives. I honestly don't have enough words to thank all the beautiful people who make this place feel like home. Before moving in I used to spend most of my time alone at home, often just watching TV by myself. Now, I get to enjoy meals with my husband, sit in the lounge together, and simply talk and spend quality time. It’s something I treasure deeply. A special thank you to Ragni for giving me this opportunity and helping make this possible. From the bottom of my heart thank you, thank you, thank you!

Im very happy that my daughter helped me find a wonderful home like Carseldine Greens Care Community. We were advised to visit five different aged care communities before making a decision and Carseldine Greens stood out to us the most. Although I was on the waiting list for over four months it was well worth the wait. My room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also enjoy the beautiful gardens which provide a peaceful space where I can take walks on my own or with the support of the caring staff.

I would highly recommend Carseldine Greens to anyone looking for quality aged care. The team is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring care community. Like any big life transition settling in takes time but I believe it’s important to give both ourselves and the staff time to adjust and understand one another. I’ve been a resident at Carseldine Greens since early 2023, and I can honestly say it has been a very positive experience. The staff here are truly wonderful  always caring, attentive, and respectful. I feel well looked after and supported every single day. One of the things I appreciate most is the warm and welcoming environment. I’ve made some great friends here and we often enjoy playing cards and word games together, which keeps the days fun and social. A special thanks to Ragni and Seema  they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable from day one. When I first moved in, they kindly allowed me to bring my exercise bike which meant so much to me as staying active is very important for my well-being. Their kindness and understanding will always stay with me. I’m truly grateful for all the care and support the team provides. Living at Carseldine Greens has brought me peace of mind, companionship, and a real sense of community. I am very happy here and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and supportive aged care facility.

I wasn't happy with the care given to my husband,his room wasn't cleaned, the food was unpalatable. Communication was very difficult with the language barrier. After his passing I was never contacted by anyone, it's like he never existed. Would not recommend Carseldine Greens. Will they post this?

We note that since Geoffery's admission from the hospital here at Carseldine Greens for the 2 months (April-June 2025), there were no concerns raised about any aspect of his care needs. We have regular housekeeping and care team who attend to resident needs. In the short time that Geoffery was with us, his preference was to be on his own with his computer. His wishes have always been respected. Geoffery was unwell and did have a poor appetite. Once we got the message from you that Geoffery had sadly passed away at the hospital, we did send a card to your home address. We give Carseldine Greens Care Community five stars because the care and compassion they have shown my mother in law has been exceptional to date. Mum is in the Memory Unit due to her dementia. Before she was taken into care her behaviour was very challenging, especially in the evenings. The hospital where she was in respite care would always be calling us to come and deal with her. When we toured Carseldine Greens, Ragni was very informative and assured us that her team was specifically trained in dementia care and it would only take a few weeks for mum to settle into the routine of her new home. We have been amazed by the dedicated team working in the Memory Unit and how they are able to distract her and engage her in activities when her anxiety is heightened. The staff are amazing and all very welcoming every time we visit. Mum is enjoying all of the meals along with morning, afternoon tea and supper. We have visited at different times and are really happy with what we have observed at the home. Her room is quite spacious with plenty of cupboard space, desk and ensuite. It’s a smaller home and we think that suits mum better as it’s all on one level and from the dining and music rooms you just have to go through doors to access the secure outdoor area. The Gardens are immaculate and the outdoor area has plenty of cover and comfortable seating. She loves her visits with her Grand daughter’s puppy. We highly recommend this Care Facility.
