Forest Lake Care Community (formerly Forest Lake Lodge)  is nestled in the leafy south-western suburb of Forest Lake in Brisbane, offering a warm and inviting place to call home. Surrounded by landscaped gardens and tranquil courtyards, our spacious and modern home is a welcoming environment where residents, families and friends feel connected and supported. With a strong sense of community and a focus on meaningful living, we encourage residents to live with purpose and joy every day.

 

Care at Forest Lake

We offer the reassurance of 24/7 registered nurses and a compassionate team providing residential, respite, palliative and dementia care. Our experienced leadership work alongside dedicated carers and allied health professionals to deliver personalised support that meets your individual needs. Our purpose-built memory care neighbourhood provides a secure and nurturing environment designed for residents living with dementia, ensuring comfort and confidence for both residents and families.

Life at Forest Lake Care Community is all about connection, enjoyment and choice. Whether you prefer group exercise, creative arts, live entertainment or a quiet afternoon in our library, there’s something for everyone. Our central lounge is the heart of the home – a space to relax, socialise and welcome visitors. Shared spaces such as our hair and beauty salon, chapel, and multimedia room create opportunities to learn, reflect and engage.
