Welcome to Clyde North Terrace Care Community

A contemporary Care Community designed for comfort, connection, and independent living.
Clyde North Terrace Care Community has opened in Melbourne’s south-east, bringing more choice in high-quality residential aged care and services to the local community.
Clyde North Terrace offers sweeping district views and a contemporary living environment where comfort, connection and wellbeing come together.
Inspired by the natural landscape and open skies of the region, our purpose-built Care Community has been thoughtfully designed to promote a sense of belonging while supporting residents to live with meaning and independence every day.
We have an experienced leadership team and nurses on duty 24/7, together with a compassionate team of carers, and a qualified Chef serving fresh, home cooked meals. We offer permanent, respite, dementia and palliative care, while our on-site physio-led wellness centre supports residents to maintain strength, mobility and confidence.
Combining the latest innovations in senior living design with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, residents can enjoy landscaped courtyard gardens, spacious terraces and inviting alfresco dining areas that encourage connection and enjoyment throughout the seasons.
And Clyde North Terrace operates on an all-electric model, supported by solar energy systems. This embraces a more sustainable approach while delivering a comfortable living environment.
We’re delighted to bring Clyde North Terrace Care Community to the people of south-east Melbourne.
