Nestled within the peaceful hills of Diamond Valley, Diamond Creek Care Community is located 23km north-east of Melbourne's CBD, and close to the local shops, cafes and train station. We offer beautiful living spaces in a modern yet homely environment with personalised care delivered by our experienced team. Our sunny courtyards and well-appointed lounge areas are designed for indoor and outdoor living, ideal for spending time with loved ones and enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

Care at Diamond Creek

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Our beloved Mum was a permanent resident at the end of her life, with challenging care needs - on a pallative trajectory; non-ambulant with dementia, a pressure wound, restricted diet, aphasia, with anti-psychotic medication requirements and was a protected person under a family violence order, with visitation by the respondent. And yet, she was treated with dignity, respect and was provided personalised care by the entire experienced team, and we as family were made welcome and felt heard in our requests. Since my mother came to opal healthcare, diamond creek a few months ago. The excellent love, care everyone has given my mother is truely amazing. She is definitely loving her new home. She is happy, loves everyone, loves the food, enjoys all the different daily activities. I am reassured every time I visit that this was the best place for mum. Everyone is soo happy to help if I have a concern. Especially the lovely lady Mish. Always willing to listen & act on my concern. Nothing is ever too hard or impossible. Mums stay certainly has been an easy loving transition into her new home. I am soo thankful to everyone in my mums care… everyone is sooo dedicated and willing to help … I feel part of the family community. Thankyou. Sue Collins

Since my mother (Barbara) came to opal diamond creek. She is sooo happy with her new home / surroundings. She loves all who lovingly care for her everyday needs. Mum is in the best place .. it reassures me every time I visit … mish is so lovely love her- there’s a concern she actions it immediately.
