Life at our
Care Communities
Ageing is Living
As one of Australia's largest aged care providers our Care Communities offer long-term residential aged care as well as respite care and rehabilitation in our wellness centres. Every Care Community offers dementia care and palliative care and with 143 locations across Australia we want to help you find the ideal one for you.
Life in residential aged care should reflect, where possible, the important aspects of your life before coming to our home and enhance it with meaningful connections and a life of purpose. This includes rituals and activities of all aspects of life that encourage mental and physical health, socialising and fulfilling opportunities to live an enriched life. Food and dining is essential to our wellness and happiness, as are connections to our community and the authentic relationships we form within our home.
The decision to move into residential aged care can sometimes be a difficult one. For some older people and their families, the process can trigger all kinds of emotions – fear, anxiety, guilt, loss or even relief – sometimes all at once. We’re here to help you navigate your pathway into care and choose a Care Community that meets your personal needs.
We passionately believe that everyone has the right to dignity and choice; the dignity to enjoy their life and the choice to live it on their terms. We deliver the best possible care by championing the individual rights of those in our care and we strive to create Care Communities that truly feel like home for our residents.
