Our Care Community provides compassionate, personalised care with registered nurses onsite 24/7 and a dedicated wellbeing team. We offer residential aged care, respite, dementia, and palliative care, with access to primary and allied health services, including physiotherapy.

Caulfield Horizons features modern single and premium rooms with private ensuites, a café with barista-style coffee, a hair and beauty salon, and beautifully landscaped courtyards.
