Welcome to Warrnambool Place Care Community

Warrnambool Place Care Community is located on the western fringe of the beautiful Great Ocean Road, our Care Community is a happy and loving place for people from all walks of life. Residents enjoy spending time with friends and family in our sensory gardens, which are ideal for socializing, relaxing or putting green thumbs to work. We have strong ties to the local community, with many residents being long-time locals in the region.

Care at Warrnambool Place

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Warrnambool Place

With expansive gardens on our doorstep, spending time outdoors enjoying our gardens and nature is part of the rhythm of our home. Animals are always welcome and residents find delight and companionship in pet therapy. We encourage active engagement with the Warrnambool community. Our diverse mix of cultural heritage is a point of connection for residents and team, and our companion model of care fosters a sense of family and belonging among residents.
