Welcome Opal Somerville

The month of August marked a significant milestone for Opal as we extended a warm and heartfelt welcome to our new team, residents, and relatives at Opal Somerville.

We are delighted to have Somerville as our 15th care home in Victoria, and 75th home nationally. Opal Somerville is a beautiful home in the Mornington Peninsula, with 125 residents and over 140 team members.

It has been a valued part of the local community for more than 15 years. Opal already has close ties with the area through our Opal by the Bay care home which is only a short distance away – this enables these two homes to create close connections together.
