Our Care Community provides compassionate, personalised care with registered nurses onsite 24/7 and a dedicated wellbeing team. We offer residential aged care, respite, dementia, and palliative care, supported by access to primary and allied health services, including physiotherapy.

Daily Living at Preston Hilltop

Preston Hilltop features modern single rooms with private ensuites, a library, a multimedia room, and a hair and beauty salon. Mum lived at Opalcare Hilltop for just over 3 years before passing. We were so happy to have found Hilltop and mum and I appreciated the loving care by Arvind and his exceptional team from PCAs to the allied health, recreational support crew, hospitality and nursing staff. The arrangement with local GPs and allied health services was very well coordinated and mum’s GP was very kind and caring. It was comforting to know that mum spent the last few years of her life in a safe and supportive environment for both residents as well as their families. It’s a joy to pop in every now and again to visit everyone. A real community space.
