Social Impact Report 2021

Opal HealthCare is built on the belief that we can improve the lives of older Australians and in doing so, improve the wellbeing of the wider community.
To do so, we must be a sustainable organisation: to deliver the dedicated care and living experience that older Australians deserve; provide relief and support for families with loved ones requiring greater levels of care as they age; and, attract, develop and retain the right team members living in the community to serve our residents.
In 2021, while the global pandemic again required enormous effort, resilience and resource in our operations, we continued to make progress in strengthening our foundations for impact.
In our second annual Social Impact Report, we share some of the many things we do to realise a more prosperous future for our people, places and planet.
