Ben Feek - Chief Financial Officer

Ben Feek

“At Opal, our purpose is to 'bring joy to those we care for'. For me, this is a powerful statement which really defines what we are striving to do at Opal. When we do it well, we make such a positive difference to the lives of our residents, their families and their communities. We believe that the better we know and understand our residents’ needs, the better able we are to serve them, and this is something that motivates us every day.”

Ben joined Opal in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. Ben is passionate about aged care and believes that successful finance teams play an instrumental role in helping organisations achieve their goals. Ben brings a wealth of experience spanning multiple industries, including aged care, professional services, financial services, manufacturing and distribution in Australia, Tokyo, Singapore and the USA.

Ben joins us from Allity Aged Care, where he was CFO for the last five years. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, is a CPA, a Senior Associate of FINSIA and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
