Dieter has been living with Parkinson’s disease for more than 10 years but he has never been one to let the diagnosis define him. For Dieter, nurturing his health and wellbeing with a reablement physio program at Carine Parkside’s Concentric wellness centre means he has the opportunity to alleviate some of the symptoms and greatly improve his mental and physical wellbeing. His determination to keep busy and active is inspiring him to keep up the exercise. This means that he can continue to enjoy the things that are most important to him, like spending time with his family. Watch Dieter's story below.
