Yolande joined Opal in 2009 and is our Director of People and Culture. Yolande has over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry in both private and public sectors and knows that if you are looking for a rewarding role in the healthcare sector then aged care is the right choice. Yolande and her team are committed to enhancing the lives of every team member through ongoing education and career development, a supportive culture built around shared values and leadership excellence and capability across Opal.

Before joining Opal Yolande held several senior roles in Diagnostic services including National Human Resources Manager at Symbion Pathology. Yolande holds formal qualifications in HR, an MBA from Southern Cross University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
