Yolande joined Opal HealthCare in 2009, and has over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare sector. Yolande and her team are committed to enhancing the lives of every team member through ongoing education and career development, a supportive culture built around shared values and leadership excellence and capability.

Before joining Opal HealthCare, Yolande held several senior roles in diagnostic services including National Human Resources Manager at Symbion Pathology. Yolande holds formal qualifications in HR, an MBA from Southern Cross University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
