Landsdowne provided my dear Uncle with exceptional care and support in his advancing years. Staff are available 24/7 and issues arising are dealt with in a prompt and efficient matter. Communication exceeds expectations and staff communicate with carers and family as required. Lansdowne offers a wide range of activities both inside Landsdowne and outside. It caters for many interests. The food is superb. A wide selection is available and is prepared fresh daily. I would not hesitate in recommending Lansdowne. Carers and relatives are always welcomed , supported and treated as part of their community.

Recently we arranged a birthday party for a friend here. The staff were extraordinary in setting up tables and chairs in the library for about 15 of us. Food was supplied from the kitchen as well as ice for drinks. We had had a great time.

I’m really happy to share that after finishing my Certificate IV placement at Lansdowne Gardens on Manns Avenue, I’ve now joined their team. During my placement, the staff were so kind and supportive — they never made me feel afraid to ask questions, and they always took the time to show me the right way to do things. I learned a lot, especially about providing genuine, person-centred care, and I found myself growing more confident every week. What meant the most to me was how included I felt; it never felt like I was ‘just a student’. This experience played a huge part in helping me get my first job in aged care, and I’m really grateful for it.
