    Communications Specialist

    To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

    • At least 3 years’ demonstrated experience in communications and content creation preferably in a large or complex organisation

    Marketing Specialist

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Balance complex strategic work with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment
    • Always look for transformative ways to engage the community in our purpose and person-centred care
    • Deliver end-to-end relationship-based communication and marketing strategies for our Care Communities, including campaign creative, community-based marketing, relationship building and events
    • Effectively manage agency and supplier relationships and identify opportunities to engage in new or innovative marketing activities
    • Enjoy reporting on data, trends, marketing and consumer insights to improve our care delivery and customer experience
    • Be a team player who thrives on working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
    • Provide marketing and community engagement advice to the business to help build our brand and reputation
    • Have tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
    • Have minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar field in a large or complex organisation

    Digital Channel Administrator

    To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

    • At least 3 years demonstrated experience in digital platforms/ digital marketing aligned role.
    • Experience creating and managing website content in a leading CMS.
    • Good understanding of SEO principles and best practice to drive traffic.
    • Experience working with an email marketing program, including website lead management.
    • Reporting and analysis using Analytics programs.
    • Able to navigate MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and HTML.
    • Exceptional written and personal communication skills, highly articulate.
    • Pragmatic and confident writing across different mediums.
    • Fast learner with the ability to operate effectively in new environments.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Yes, you are required to have a current police check to work in aged care. If you do not hold a valid check Opal HealthCare can organise this for you as part of the recruitment process.

    We also conduct two (2) reference checks and a medical check which may include pre-employment drug testing.
