Alison Wheatley - General Counsel & Company Secretary

Alison joined Opal HealthCare in April 2026 and brings over 25 years of experience in commercial and financial services law.

She has held General Counsel, Company Secretary and senior legal leadership roles across in-house environments and has extensive private practice experience. Alison values working collaboratively with teams to navigate complex issues in a thoughtful and practical way.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
