Roseanne Cartwright - Director, Communications & Sustainability

Roseanne Cartwright

“Every life is a story, and everyone’s life story matters. We’re privileged to care for thousands of older people whose diverse life experiences enrich our Care Communities and inform our care and services. Our residents inspire us daily to keep challenging ourselves to find new and better ways of caring, and in doing so build a better future for our ageing population in Australia.”

Roseanne has been a member of the executive management team at Opal HealthCare since 2018. She and her team strive to build and guide our Opal HealthCare culture, enable authentic dialogue with customers and stakeholders, make our services and the things that set us apart easy for people to understand, and amplify the positive impact of our Care Communities in society.

In a career spanning 25 years, Roseanne has led Communications, Brand, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability across a range of sectors in Australia, Africa and Asia. She has held leadership roles in global companies including Qantas, CIMIC, Laing O’Rourke and AON, and has consulted to CEOs in large and small organisations, with a particular interest in Indigenous enterprise and social impact. Roseanne has a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
