Professor Peter Shergold AC - Chair (Independent)
Professor Peter Shergold was appointed to the Board as Chair on 1 December 2014.
Previously Chancellor of Western Sydney University and Secretary of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Peter now Chairs uLaunch, Australians for UNHCR, James Martin Institute for Public Policy and NSW Education Standards Authority. He is NSW Coordinator General for Settlement and is on the Board of Angus Knight and Susan McKinnon Foundation.
Dr Victoria Atkinson - Director (Independent, clinical)
Dr Victoria Atkinson was appointed to the Board on 16 January 2019.
Victoria is Chief Medical Officer at Healthscope. Building on a career as a cardiothoracic surgeon, Victoria has combined her clinical knowledge with an executive career spanning the private and public sectors of healthcare. Previously, Victoria was national Chief Medical Officer and Group General Manager of Clinical Governance for St Vincent’s Health Australia and Director Medical Governance at Melbourne Health. Victoria is currently a Director of the Medical Indemnity Protection Society.
Sally Evans - Director (Independent)
Sally Evans has over 30 years of experience in health, aged care, financial services and government enterprise sectors; and has worked in Australia, New Zealand, UK and Hong Kong with responsibilities across the Asia Pacific region.
Ms Evans holds a Master of Science in Business Leadership from the Compass Group, a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Otago, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees, and a Non-Executive Director of Oceania Healthcare, Healius and Allianz Australia Life.

Yew Lin Goh - Director
Yew Lin is the Chief Executive Officer of G. K. Goh Holdings Pte Ltd and oversees its investment activities. He is currently the Chairman of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra and the Duke-NUS Medical School, having previously served on the boards of the National University of Singapore, the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, the National Arts Council and Temasek Holdings. He is also Chairman of two Temasek wholly-owned subsidiaries, Xora Innovation and Seviora Holdings, and is a board member of Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).
Thomas Teo - Director
Thomas Teo was appointed to the Board on 3 October 2013.
Thomas is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at G. K. Goh Holdings Pte Ltd. Previously he was with a regional private equity group responsible for direct investments in the Asean region, and worked at Ernst and Young, Singapore. He is the Chairman of Assisi Hospice, a Catholic Charity providing palliative in-patient, day and home care services in Singapore.

Paul Foster - Director
Paul is Managing Director at Pacific Equity Partners and co-leads the firm's Secure Assets investment strategy. Prior to joining PEP, Paul was Head of Infrastructure, Australia & New Zealand, at AMP Capital where he was responsible for leading the firm's Australian and New Zealand infrastructure investment activities, including the original investment in Opal HealthCare in 2008. Paul has 17 years of experience in the residential aged sector as a Director of Opal HealthCare and Estia Health.
Evan Hattersley- Director
Evan is Managing Director at Pacific Equity Partners and co-leads the firm's Secure Assets investment strategy. Prior to joining PEP, Evan was a Consultant with Bain & Company in the UK, United States, Singapore and Australia.
Michael Bendeli - Director
Michael is a Director at Pacific Equity Partners. He focuses on the firm’s Secure Assets strategy and has over 20 years of experience, including roles as an investment director, investment banker, manager and engineer in Australia and the United Kingdom.
