Care here at Surrey Hills is good BUT the food is terrible. Don’t come here if u want to enjoy your meals. Nutrition low standard cooks have no idea what they are doing.

I often visit Surrey Hills Gardens as an external contractor, and the nurses and staff are always so friendly. They really go the extra mile to look after the elderly and make sure their needs are met. I love that they even take the residents out for fun outings like the aquarium, lunches at different places, and more. I’d definitely recommend Surrey Hills Gardens to anyone wanting great care for their loved ones.

Mum transistioned into care about two months ago and gets more positive and more involved each time I visit. Compared to another facility that my father was in there are always staff willing to help out. Also, in the four years my father was in his facility I was never offered any hospitality whereas in contrast if anyone is around when staff do their rounds we are always also offered a drink and a sclice of cake.

My mother lived at Broughtonlea (SHCC) for five and a half years and received the most wonderful care and support in that time. The staff was very dedicated and long serving. They developed a genuine relationship with my Mum and always treated her with maximum respect.
