Springwood wellness centre

Our new Wellness Centre at Springwood Terrace in Queensland has opened its doors providing physiotherapist-led rehabilitation and reablement services to residents, family members, and the local community.

Operated in partnership with Healthcare Australia, the Wellness Centre has a dedicated team of allied health professionals, who provide personalised programs that deliver real results, improving the quality of life of people with complex neurological, cardiac, metabolic and orthopedic conditions.

The Wellness Centre continues Opal Healthcare's focus on the long-term health and happiness of our elders.

Each Wellness Centre member will receive a comprehensive assessment followed by the development of an individualised program tailored to their needs. The program may include one on one sessions with a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist, group exercise classes, an individualised practice program and access to the Centre’s fully equipped gym.
