Christmas has come early to the people of Marsden Park, with Marsden Park Care Community opening this week, bringing more much-needed high quality residential aged care to Sydney’s north western suburbs.
Our newest Care Community brings to life the best of modern residential aged care - an intimate ‘small household’ model within a larger community; evidence-based design for dementia care; social and cultural inclusion; and environmental sustainability.
It is incredibly ‘liveable’, with every bedroom opening onto a garden, balcony or terrace. All are single bedrooms with private ensuite.
And there’s so much for our residents to do!
A beautiful central courtyard features gardens, potting areas, a putting green and shaded outdoor BBQ area. The spacious rooftop terrace has an alfresco dining area with BBQ, and a bowling green with the best views in the north-west! There are five resident kitchens and five multimedia rooms throughout the Care Community, along with a sports bar with pool table and lots of well-placed nooks for relaxing or socialising.
Located just minutes from the Elara Village Shopping Centre, Marsden Park Care Community is thoughtfully designed to connect people, and meet the unique needs and personal choices of people as they age. And of course we have nurses on duty 24/7.
Our state-of-the-art Care Community also reflects the history and culture of the area, with touches throughout to remind residents and visitors of the heritage of Marsden Park.
