Consistent exercise is the key
23rd April 2021 | 2 mins
Our new on-site wellness centre at Tweed River Care Community is a great place for residents to stay active, with an expert team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and occupational therapists from our wellness partner, HCA. Helping residents achieve their mobility, independence or wellbeing goals is a huge priority and with the on-site centre residents find that consistent exercise is the key to results.
Jean is fierce in her approach to exercise and never takes a backwards step when challenged. She is extremely consistent with all classes and appointments and always does her best no matter what. During Jean’s most recent group class she completed more than 200 sit to stands, an amazing effort indeed! We are proud to work with Jean can’t wait to see what we will be able to achieve together in the future.Jim Clifton, Senior Physiotherapist
The update on Jean's progress first appeared in the April 2021 newsletter of our partners HCA
