At Opal HealthCare we believe companies don’t succeed, people do.
Inspired by our purpose to bring joy to those we care for, we’re delighted to launch the Opal HealthCare Academy to support our team with career pathways across every aspect of residential aged care – from entry level roles in care and service delivery to leadership and executive level roles.
The Opal HealthCare Academy formalises our current leadership and development programs under one umbrella.
