Journey from Registered Nurse to Care Manager

Cristine is currently a Care Manager at one of our newer homes and has been with Opal HealthCare for six years in three different Opal Care Communities. Starting off as a Registered nurse, Cristine was promoted to a Clinical Nurse Educator and then to a Care Manager. She chose aged care as a sector as she values the fact that she has the opportunity to form relationships with residents and families and was inspired by the opportunity to bring joy and happiness to those she worked for each and every day.
