Welcome to Mudgee Grove Care Community

Mudgee Grove Care Community is located in the scenic Cudgegong Valley in Central West NSW. Our Care Community is nestled in a quiet residential area across the road from parklands with easy access to bus routes straight into the heart of town. All the amenities of a regional town centre are just 5 minutes drive away.

Our Care Community is a happy and loving place for people from all walks of life, with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas ideal for spending time with family and friends or enjoying moments of quiet reflection. We are known for our expert care and warm, country-style hospitality.

Care at Mudgee Grove

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. We know that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Mudgee Grove

We’re a pet-friendly Care Community and enjoy visits from the delightful pony, Joe. With many residents being lifelong locals in the region, farming interests are a common thread. Our green thumbs enjoy nurturing our veggie garden, taking fresh produce straight to the kitchen for our chef to cook up in hearty, home-style meals. We enjoy close ties with the Mudgee community and our companion model of care fosters a sense of family and belonging among residents.

It’s an environment where you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Mudgee Grove life – so you can enjoy your day, your way.

After approaching two other Aged Care Facilities and feeling somewhat perplexed after negative responses in my quest to find respite care for my beloved mum, I approached Mudgee Grove and was greeted by the most amazing, thoughtful and caring person by the name of Roxanne, who immediately gave me her time, put me at ease, then assisted me on my path to understanding respite care. Roxanne took time out of her very busy schedule and took mum and I on a guided tour of Mudgee Grove, all the staff were so courteous, friendly and professional, all stopping what they were doing to say hello and give a little of their valuable time, including the General Manager Vini. The facility may not have all the latest or newest mod cons and is a little dated but what is has is the most overwhelming old world charm and homely feel (that so many of the others are lacking), enthusiastic and caring employees, who put a great deal of time and tenderness toward the people in their care. Roxanne’s complete professionalism, positive attitude, attention and enthusiasm, which transpired to her joy of her job, completely impressed me and I am very thankful, what a wonderful asset to your organisation.

The care our mum receives is wonderful, she goes on bus trips which she enjoys they have plenty of activities, the staff are beautiful always thinking up way's to keep the residents happy and entertained thank you Mudgee Grove for the care mum receives and for always keeping the family well informed.

This nursing home is the best in Mudgee. Sure they have the oldest building but they are known for their exceptional care.
